5.Is the Sporzworld Scoreboard weathproof ?What weather conditions can I use the scoreboard ?

Our Mobile Control Scoreboard is fully weatherproof and can operate in rain, snow, sleet, or sunshine. It functions within a temperature range of -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C). However, we advise against playing sports in extreme conditions of 140°F / 60°C heat or -4°F / -20°C cold.

The Sporzworld Scoreboard provides a free and user-friendly Scorekeeper App for iPhone and Android. Download it from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, connect via Bluetooth, and start scoring instantly to ensure everyone “Knows the Score.”

7.On the Power Battery:

What are the implications if the scoreboard’s battery is fully depleted during operation?

· Battery runtime varies depending on specific usage scenarios, including sport category, brightness settings, and scoring frequency. On average, users can expect continuous operation of the scoreboard for 6 to 10 hours from a full charge.

· The battery's charging status is indicated by a small button on its side. Four LEDs signify a fully charged battery, while one LED indicates that the battery is at 1/4 capacity.

· When the battery reaches 1/4 capacity, the LEDs on the scoreboard will flash once per minute. This indicates that the battery has 30 to 60 minutes of remaining runtime, depending on brightness and usage.

· If near a power source, plug in the AC adapter to charge the battery while using the scoreboard. If no power is available and the battery drains, the scoreboard will turn off, but game statistics will remain in the App. If you have a spare, fully charged battery, swap it in, and the App will prompt you to transfer the statistics to resume play.

· Buy a spare battery if you frequently use it without access to power.

Apple devices need iOS 12+;

9.Is the battery compatible with other chargers?

No, our batteries are only compatible with the charger included in the Sprozworld Mobile&Folding Score Kit. Using other chargers will void the warranty and may damage the battery.

10.Does the Sporzworld Portable & Folding Scoreboard work with GameChanger?

It doesn’t right now, because our Sporzworld Scoreboard was built to replace those unreliable in-ground scoreboards. But we might be able to work with GameChanger in the future.

11.What's the operating range of the Sporzworld Portable & Folding Scoreboard?

In an open space outside with nothing blocking the way, the scoreboard can stay connected to the App for over 100 yards, or more than 300 feet.

12.What is the product's warranty period?

Starting from the date of first use, we offer a one-year quality assurance. If there is any non-human-induced damage or any objective factors that cause the device to malfunction, we will provide free parts or replacement services based on the specific situation.
